All books are priced retail and payment is expected by check or money order.  Individual copies will have a US$4.00 S&H charge for domestic sales.  For shipment of several books (any combination of titles) the S&H will be US$1.50 per book.  For foreign sales, please contact us in advance.  Residents of South Carolina will be charges with the 7% State Sales Tax.
